NJ – JAN.11, 2016 – Smart-QA, one of cResults flagship products was selected by one of the largest generic company to be used as their platform to improve the overall QA performance. The system will be live early February of 2016 and will cover batch record management, Annual Product Review management, Key Performance Indicators, Investigation tracking in terms of time spent by the QA and general QA activities. Smart-QA will be used as the company planning, scheduling and efficiency management platform as a step forward to improve its operation and overall performance in non-manufacturing areas

NJ – Nov.1, 2015 – cResults the maker of the Smart-QX suite of products, was selected by a global biotech company to implement Smart-QC for its first site. The implementation begun and Smart-QC expected to go live before the end of Q1-2016. NJ – JUL.13, 2015 – cResults announce a new module was added to Smart-QC; the module calls ALERT and it is being used as a performance management platform. It provides our clients with a quick overview of their lab status in terms of late assignment in both Test and Review, Support Projects, Team overview, Backlog, Short term forecast and more. The concept of this advance performance management platform to enable the lab in less than 5 min to know ALL the areas of concerns and any samples / assignments at risk. Mr. Maslaton the founder of cResults said “our customers are now installing a touch screen monitors next to the lab, and conducting a 10min standing meeting to review their current status and discuss how to improve their current KPI; they adjusting their team size and dynamically allocating resources based on the projected backlog.

NJ – May.4, 2015 – cResults the maker of Smart-QC announce that Smart-QC was selected as the global solution for the planning, scheduling and performance management by one of the largest life science company. The implementation includes sites in Europe, North America, South America and Asia Pacific over the next few years. The selection process involved evaluating more than 15 different solutions mainly internal and the selection of Smart-QC was unanimously. Multiple sites are on their way to initiate the implementation.
