cResult is owned and managed by industry trained and experienced professionals. Its advisory board brings over 120 years of life science experience and intends to support cResults in its journey to become the leader in operations consulting specializing in the Life Science and Microelectronics Industries.

Rafi Maslaton has over 15 years of diversified experience spanning a broad range of operations, manufacturing engineering, information systems, and business management roles for fortune 500 firms. Prior to cResult Rafi was a COO at Sparta Systems the maker of TrackWise and senior partner at operation consulting firm oversaw the Life Science and the Semiconductor industries. His years of experience include working with companies such as Pfizer, Wyeth, J&J, Novartis, Teva, Cardinal, Abbott, Schering, Baxter, Pfizer and Lucent, Agere Systems, IBM, Intel, Motorola, Nortel Networks, Anadigics and Philips. Rafi holds BS with honors in industrial engineering and system analysis.
